Local Moves

Our local residential moves programs are charged on an hourly basis. If you have a truck, and only need someone to help with the heavy lifting, we offer the labor package at a competitively low price. We offer a base rate for two movers and a small van, before drive time costs. Our rates can be easily requested through our site, or by calling (207) 221-2193. We do charge an extra fee per additional mover regardless of program chosen.Each move includes furniture assembly and disassembly, padding, and banister/door frame protection. We also provide moving boxes for your convenience, at affordable prices. Prices are dependent on the size and materials of the box and packing supplies needed. We even have specialized boxes for your dishes and other breakable itemsAlso, as an option for local residential moves only, we provide piano transport.
Please contact us for piano moving and delivery costs. Though we do move pianos, we unfortunately cannot move a piano over one set of stairs.Each move is guaranteed, with every mover packed item insured against breakage or loss. However there is a list of items we are unable to transport, including jewelry, cash, items of innumerable value, firearms/ammunition, anything flammable, and anything exceeding 800 lbs or is attached to the property, such as hot tubs or dishwashers. We will be able to refer you to someone who can, at no extra cost.
